The Practice How We Work Who We Work With Enquire
Part I

Terms and Conditions

1. THE MANDATE

Accumen Intelligence Ltd ("the Practice") provides private client intelligence and access engineering. The Client engages the Practice to identify, map, and secure introductions to specific decision-makers ("the Mandate"). Execution begins upon the Practice's acceptance of the Client's "DNA" (Strategy & Parameters).

2. DELIVERABLES: ACCESS, NOT ADVICE

The Practice is measured on Access. Our obligation is fulfilled upon the delivery of a confirmed meeting or a high-fidelity intelligence report per the Mandate. The Practice does not guarantee business outcomes, contract signings, or specific financial results following an introduction; the success of the meeting remains the Client's responsibility.

3. CLIENT DNA & DATA

The Client provides the institutional parameters ("DNA"). The Practice will use this data solely for the execution of the Mandate. All interaction history, prospect lists, and forensic research generated for the Client are proprietary to the Client and stored securely within their OS instance ("the Vault").

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

The Practice operates a zero-leak policy. Both parties agree that the existence of the relationship, the nature of the mandate, and the identities of the targeted prospects are strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose "Sovereign Intelligence" to third parties without express written consent.

5. FEES & SETTLEMENT

Engagement fees are fixed-rate or success-based as defined in the specific Statement of Work (SOW). All invoices are payable within 14 days. Failure to settle may result in immediate suspension of the Neural Engine and uplink capabilities.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law (England & Wales), the Practice's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the Client's conduct during arranged meetings.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, the Practice will facilitate a "Neural Reset"—purging the vault of all Client-specific data—unless otherwise agreed for archival purposes.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of London.
